Since their beginning, the DIFC Courts have made great strides in providing access to efficient and transparent justice. In further pursuit of this, and in light of the recent expansion of the DIFC’s jurisdiction, it may be of interest to our readers that the DIFC Courts have launched an online case management system. This will allow the users of the Courts to have easier access to information and to be able to do so from anywhere around the globe.
