Fichte & Co. proudly announces that it was appointed by Gulf Energy Maritime (GEM) PJSC as their legal consultants. GEM will work with Fichte & Co who will handle all their legal affairs in the areas of corporate/commercial and maritime laws as well as litigation.
Fichte & Co. will also act as GEM's company secretary monitoring the company's board and general assembly meetings. GEM is one of the largest shipping companies in the UAE having a large tanker fleet operating worldwide. It was established in 2004 by a number of renowned companies in the UAE and was able to play a major role in the maritime industry in a very short period of time.
