Fichte’s shipping team have been successful in a long legal battle in London arbitration proceedings (in parallel with foreign criminal proceedings still sub judice) following two vessel’s arrest in Romania and in Lebanon. The London award is in relation to heavily contested issues with regards to ship management contract, interpretation of settlement agreements and validity of a termination agreement.
